Abstract
Dr Hara’s research interests include modeling techniques and computer-aided design system for service. This talk discusses his top-down (or deductive) method providing a definition and an integrated representation of service to evaluate customer satisfaction. Based on the method, he has been developing a novel CAD system for service, called Service Explorer.
Dr Hara is Assistant Professor from Intelligent System Division, Department of Precision Engineering, Univeristy of Tokyo. He will be a visiting scholar to the EDC for the next three months.
