Abstract
On Wednesday, 25 April, Cambridge Ukrainian Studies (in partnership with the project ‘Memory at War: Cultural Dynamics in Poland, Russia and Ukraine’) presents a public lecture by Oleksandr Zinchenko, author of ‘The Hour of the Parrot: The Ukrainian Pages of Katyn’ (2011). In his presentation Zinchenko will consider the little-known Kharkiv dimensions of Katyn, the Soviet massacre of over 21,000 Polish prisoners in 1940.
