Abstract
This talk will give the background and an overview to work on the selection and engineering of IgG Fc regions for therapeutic applications.
Examples will include selection of Fc regions for the commercially developed antibodies alemtuzumab (CD52), otelixizumab (CD3) and tanezumab (NGF), as well as antibodies to the red cell antigen RhD, and the platelet alloantigen HPA -1a.
