If you have a question about this talk, please contact Joao Miguel Vieira Gomes .

The analysis and classification of gaugings of supergravity theories is a crucial task required to differentiate models with distinct physical properties and construct new solutions of interest for flux compactifications and holography. I will discuss general methods to classify solutions and gaugings of D=4 supergravity theories, rigorously identifying their duality orbits and their deformations. I will make contact with the `omega deformation’ of SO(8) gauged maximal supergravity as well as with several other models of physical interest.
