Abstract
So youâve established a conversation with your industrial collaborator and agreed that your research is potentially valuable to them (maybe by using the approach discussed in a recent Collaboration Skills seminar https://engineerimpact.wordpress.com/2015/04/03/what-might-your-technology-be-worth/).
But how do you get your Industrial Partner to really see the potential and buy into working with you? How do you build a team with a shared view? How do you get them excited and on board?
Dr Nicky Athanassopoulou has been running roadmapping workshops for several years helping research teams and their partners build a shared picture of where the research might lead and how it might be used.
So come along to learn how roadmapping can be used to build commitment. We will also run an exercise with the technique to bring the session to life.
Roadmapping to build buy-in from Industrial Partners Dr Nicky Athanassopoulou 30th April, Engineering Department, Trumpington St

Look forward to seeing you there.
