Why, throughout the workplace, are there typically men’s and women’s fields? Why is it so often men at the top? And why the demand for 50:50 male–female distribution across public life? The science of sex differences may help us answer all such puzzles. With Dr Helena Cronin, London School of Economics and Political Science.
