Cambridge Carbon Footprint invites festival goers to ‘What IS the deal with meat?’, a hot topic panel discussion and Q&A. Speakers, including leading figures on food sustainability Tara Garnett (founder of the Food Climate Research Network) and Clare Oxborrow (Head of the Land, Food and Water Team at FOE ) will discuss the health, welfare and environmental issues related to the our ever increasing consumption of meat.
