This 4-Year PhD programme has grown from an investigator base of 23 across 6 departments across the University, to 34 investigators associated with 11 different departments/institutes. There are currently 7 students in the system now, and by October 2008 we will have 12. At capacity we will have 16 PhD students in varying year groups undertaking cross-disciplinary research; and 20 students overall. An aspect of the integrated training is the annual symposia.
